Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming clients and assisting with account transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to a Banker for deeper discussions.
• Balance cash drawer within guidelines and stay current on product guides and fees.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management and comply with all policies.
