Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program management within B2B software or healthcare technology.
• Direct ownership of external customer implementations from post-sale handoff through launch.
• Strong experience with change control, delivery forecasting, and integrated planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations.
• Run implementation governance and ensure launch readiness.
• Lead implementation-specific client communication and coordinate UAT planning.
