Pivotal Health, a healthcare technology company in the United States, seeks a Senior Implementation Manager to own client implementations from Sales handoff to go-live. You’ll manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness while collaborating with Product and Engineering to automate manual steps.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading client implementations or project delivery.
• Startup or fast‑paced environment experience.
• Hands‑on SFTP configuration and data validation.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
• Healthcare implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own implementations end-to-end from Sales handoff through go-live and launch readiness.
• Configure SFTP access, client settings, and perform initial file validation.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and routine client calls.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to resolve dependencies.
• Identify improvements and document changes to streamline implementations.
