Job summary

OpenLoop is hiring an Implementation Manager to own hands-on technical implementation of our telehealth platform for clients. You will convert approved solutions into production-ready configurations, data mappings, and integrations across APIs, authentication and workflows.

You will work closely with a Technical Project Manager, own the technical work, and ensure readiness through testing, validation and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in implementation/engineering roles.
• Hands-on APIs, webhooks, authentication and third-party integrations.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms and workflows.
• Data migrations, transformations, cleanup or reconciliation.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Translate client solutions into a technical work breakdown.
• Configure platform and workflows using standards.
• Implement and validate integrations via APIs and data mapping.
• Execute data migration, backfill and reconciliation tasks.
• Develop and run technical test plans for end-to-end workflows.
• Prepare environments and data for UAT and sign off.
• Troubleshoot production issues and verify fixes.
