Job summary

Health Partners is seeking a Client Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients and services. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and alignment with client expectations, coordinating with product, engineering, operations, and support teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in client implementation or project management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in client implementation, project management or client delivery roles.
• Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are critical to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full client implementation lifecycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and milestones with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure solution configuration meets client needs.
• Identify project risks and issues and provide proactive solutions for success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation with regular updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on product functionality and processes.
