Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to oversee multiple customer deployments from approved solution through launch and stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain a credible forecast to ensure on-time delivery.

You will own the project plan, manage risks, run governance, and ensure evidence-based go/no-go decisions. This role requires strong executive communication and the ability to lead complex, high-visibility accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project or program management within B2B software or healthcare tech.
• Direct ownership of external customer implementations from post-sale to launch.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations or complex multi-workstream accounts.
• Strong experience with integrated planning, RAID, change control and delivery forecasting.
• Experience leading client project governance and executive steering committees.
• Experience coordinating UAT, defect triage, launch readiness, cutover and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent customer implementations with clear visibility into stage, forecast, milestones, risks.
• Lead the most complex strategic account implementations end-to-end.
• Convert scope into an integrated project plan with milestones and owners.
• Establish and control the critical path and parallel activities.
• Run implementation governance including kickoff, reviews, risk and decision meetings.
• Maintain forecast baselines and update with scope or capacity changes.
• Own change-control processes to assess schedule and launch impact.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation with owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate UAT planning and defect triage with sign-off tracking.
• Ensure readiness and evidence across technical, operational, clinical and customer teams.
• Escalate with evidence, options, and a decision deadline.
• Coordinate launch, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success.
• Maintain the single source of truth in the PMO system.
• Suggest improvements to PMO playbooks and templates.
