Job summary

OpenLoop is hiring an Implementation Manager to own hands-on technical implementations of our telehealth platform for clients. You will translate approved solutions into production-ready configurations, integrations, data workflows and tests.

You will work closely with client technical teams and our TPM to ensure successful go-lives and stabilized production operations. The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, data migration, API integrations and end-to-end validation, with a strong focus on

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in implementation engineering, integration engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication and data mapping.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS platforms and workflows.
• Experience performing data migrations, transformations and reconciliation.
• Ability to use SQL and debugging tools to investigate data/app behavior.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation for others.

Responsibilities

• Translate client solutions into a concrete technical work breakdown (config, integrations, data, tests, deployment).
• Configure platform workflows and implement client integrations using established patterns.
• Execute data migration, transformation and backfill activities.
• Develop and run technical test plans covering end-to-end workflows.
• Prepare environments for UAT and provide evidence for readiness.
• Provide technical sign-off on completeness and quality of implementation.
• Troubleshoot production issues, isolate failure layers and reproduce results.
• Document configurations, mappings and deployment notes for support.
