Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3 and 4 support, engineering, testing and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team, including Voice Facilities, UCaaS Platform and VOIP interfaces. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with project managers and IT peers.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, design reviews, and staying current with evolving voice technologies. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in Telecommunications required.
• 10+ years in Telecommunications with VOIP/TDM, PBX, IT PM, budgets, Call Center Engineering required.
• VoIP knowledge advanced required.
• PBX knowledge advanced required.
• Call center administration skills advanced, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 3 and 4 troubleshooting, issue isolation, resolution and root cause analysis.
• Attend project design meetings with IT peers, other teams and business owners to determine required engineering.
• Lead design, testing and deployment of components supported by the Enterprise Voice Team.
• Pursue education to stay abreast of new voice platform technologies.
