Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3/4 support across Enterprise Voice, including Voice Facilities, UCaaS Platform, and VOIP interfaces. You will mentor junior team members and drive design, testing, and deployment of voice solutions.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and IT peers to ensure timely delivery of complex voice projects, stay current with evolving platforms, and help optimize end-user features and reliability across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 3 and 4 troubleshooting, issue isolation, and root-cause analysis.
• Attend design meetings with IT and business teams to define required engineering for enterprise voice projects.
• Support projects from design, testing, deployment, interfacing with internal IT departments as needed.
• Pursue ongoing education on new voice platforms and vendor technologies to enhance the Voice platform
