Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3/4 support and lead engineering, testing and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team across Voice Facilities, UCaaS Platform and VOIP interfaces.

You will mentor junior team members and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful implementations. The role requires staying current with new technologies, designing robust voice platforms, and maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent with 10 years telecom experience required.
• 10+ years in telecom with VOIP/TDM, PBX, PM, budgets and call center engineering
• VoIP knowledge advanced
• PBX knowledge advanced
• Call center administration skills advanced (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Lead Tier 3/4 trouble escalations, diagnose issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Attend project design meetings to determine required enterprise voice engineering for new projects.
• Support projects through design, testing and deployment, coordinating with PMs and other IT teams.
• Pursue education to stay updated on platform advancements and evaluate new features from providers.
