Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer IV to deliver Tier 3 and 4 support, engineering, testing and deployment across the Enterprise Voice Team.

The role includes mentoring junior team members and collaborating with IT peers and business owners on project design and implementation. You will pursue ongoing education to stay current with UCaaS platforms, VOIP interfaces and PBX technologies, and you will work with internal teams to ensure robust voice solutions and end-user

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Associate degree or equivalent with 10+ years Telecommunications experience is required.
10+ years in Telecommunications with VOIP/TDM, PBX, and Call Center engineering is required.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 3 and 4 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and issue resolution.
Lead design discussions, participate in project design meetings, and assist with deployment of voice platform components.
