Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Telecom Engineer IV to provide Tier 3/4 support, engineering/design, testing and deployment for the Enterprise Voice Team, including Voice Facilities, UCaaS Platform, and VOIP interface devices.

The role also mentors junior team members and collaborates across IT and business units. Responsibilities include leading troubleshooting, participating in project design discussions, and driving end-to-end deployment of voice components.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Associate’s degree or equivalent 10 years’ experience focused on Telecommunications required
• 10 years or more in Telecommunications field with a concentration on VOIP / TDM Network Routing, PBX Support, IT Project Management, IT Budgets, Call Center Engineering required
• VoIP knowledge important Advanced required
• PBX knowledge important Advanced required
• Call center administration skills important Advanced preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead Tier 3 and 4 troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the Enterprise Voice Team.
• Attend project design meetings to define required engineering for new projects.
• Implement, test and deploy components with Project Manager and other IT teams.
• Pursue education to stay current with voice platform advancements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
