Job summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our software documentation team. You will develop high-quality user manuals, guides, and specifications, working closely with Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts to translate complex software into clear, end-user documentation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on MadCap Flare experience, can manage documentation projects from conception to publication, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on product
Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional experience as a Technical Writer, preferably supporting software or technology products.
- Strong hands-on experience with MadCap Flare and ability to manage documentation projects end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead interviews and information sessions with subject matter experts.
- Create, update, review, and maintain technical documentation for software products.
- Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to capture new features and functionality.
- Translate complex product functionality into clear, concise end-user documentation.
- Develop documentation supporting upcoming software releases.
- Take ownership of documentation projects from conception through publication.
