Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a technical writer for software products.
• Hands-on expertise with MadCap Flare and MadCap Central.
• Ability to translate complex software into clear end-user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviews with subject matter experts and capture requirements.
• Create, review, and maintain documentation for software products.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and SMEs on new features.

• Own documentation projects from conception through publication.
