The role emphasizes MadCap Flare, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, usable documentation for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on MadCap Flare experience, ability to manage documentation projects

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Technical Writer, preferably supporting software or technology products.
• Hands-on experience with MadCap Flare.
• Ability to translate complex software functionality into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, SMEs, developers, or other technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead interviews with subject matter experts and capture requirements.
• Create, update, review, and maintain technical documentation for software products.
• Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to understand new features and functionality.
• Translate complex product functionality into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Develop documentation for upcoming software releases and updates.
• Take ownership of documentation projects from conception through completion.
• Ensure consistency with established standards, terminology, and style guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Review and update existing documentation as products evolve.
• Manage multiple documentation assignments and priorities independently.
