- Strong hands‑on MadCap Flare experience and ability to manage projects from conception to publication.
- Ability to translate complex software functionality into clear, user‑friendly documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead interviews with subject matter experts and capture product requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for software products.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand new features and functionality.
- Ensure documentation quality using established standards and style guidelines.
- Develop content supporting upcoming software releases and product launches.
- Manage multiple documentation projects with minimal supervision.
