Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and support waste treatment and disposal services.
• Engages with clients to understand high-level technical requirements and delivers customized solutions.
• Meets with clients to discuss complex waste management solutions, analyzes laboratory results and safety data sheets, and compiles technical reports.
• Coordinates communications to respond to customer inquiries and supports pricing maintenance for customer retention.
