Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Technical Service Advisor to provide high-level waste disposal support to sales, operations, and customers. You will coordinate with multiple departments to ensure safe and legal treatment of hazardous waste while building strong client rapport.

You will troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and assist in bid materials. This role emphasizes regulatory knowledge, communication, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in waste disposal, chemistry, or related field with technical expertise.
• Hazardous waste experience and understanding of RCRA, DOT, TSCA regulations.
• Project management experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical waste disposal issues across cross-functional teams.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Analyze laboratory results and safety data sheets to compile reports.
• Assist sales with pricing records and customer retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with transportation guidelines and regulatory standards.
