Qualifications

• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail with the ability to keep the big picture in mind.
• Excellent soft skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workers.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, and ability to learn internal software.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Level Service by responding promptly to customer requests.
• Manage an extensive book of clients providing technical support.
• Prepare documentation for transportation of chemicals.
• Assist Account Managers with bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain and grow customer base by providing quality control.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to process job folders.
• Work with Project Managers and Account Managers on financials.
• Perform monthly COGS reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
