Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in Savannah, GA is seeking a Technical Services Representative to join our onsite Technical Services team. You will be the primary contact for clients, support EH&S staff, and help manage hazardous waste operations.

You will coordinate bids, prepare transportation documentation, and work with Account Managers to ensure timely project delivery, costing, and invoicing, while seeking ways to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of RCRA and DOT.
Valid US driver's license.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer requests and serve as main contact for clients.
Provide technical support to EH&S staff and on-site personnel in hazardous waste management.
Prepare documentation for transportation of chemicals to disposal facilities.
Coordinate bids, proposals, and quotes for services with Account Managers.
Maintain and grow the customer base by following up on requests.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations on job folders, costing, and invoicing.
Assist with forecasts and financial models with Project/Account Managers.
Perform monthly COGS reviews to maximize gross profit.
