Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding service via phone, email, or in person.
• Mentors Sr Customer Support Specialists and provides advanced support.
• Establishes effective communication pathways for inquiries.
• Collaborates with teams to resolve customer concerns quickly.
• Manages data entry, clerical tasks, records control, and reporting.
• Assesses waste profiles and inputs data into the system; manages documentation.
• Prepares shipping documents with DOT hazardous material descriptions.
• Acts as SME for Sales, Operations, and Customer Support Management.
• Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies; processes adjustments and invoicing.
