BD is hiring a Technical Support Specialist 2 to assist with ES 1.1x upgrade and remediation efforts. The role requires strong SQL skills, familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, and networking, plus experience in a healthcare technology environment.

This hybrid position involves collaboration with ES upgrade teams, adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivering timely, quality support to internal peers and customers across the BD ecosystem.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electronic Technologies or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Microsoft SQL experience (2+ years).
• Must write queries and analyze SQL data (Select/Join).
• SSIS exposure/experience; SQL Reporting Services.
• Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+).
• Networking topology and commands; IIS and Web App Admin.
• Group Policies knowledge; VMware terminology.
• Application installation and troubleshooting; ports knowledge.
• XML language understanding; review logs (2+ years).
• Flexible in working hours; remote position from home office.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls, callbacks, and escalations on the 1.1x Channel.
• Provide CSC support for ES 1.1x upgrade team; coordinate with cross-functional groups.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements for ES 1.1x remediation.
• Maintain knowledge of ES 1.1x to troubleshoot and support.
• Document case notes with high data quality in Salesforce.
• Provide progress updates and gather customer feedback to ensure needs are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of customer education and BD products in client environments.
• Collaborate with field service and internal teams to resolve issues.
