Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to configure and support complex hardware and software in public safety environments. This remote role requires after-hours coverage and an on-call rotation to ensure continuous system availability.

You will collaborate across technical teams, troubleshoot system-level issues, and engage with clients to deliver high-quality resolutions while maintaining CJIS compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Experience with PremierOne or similar public safety platforms preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CJIS background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support complex hardware and software in public safety environments.
• Resolve highly critical customer issues via phone, email, and web portal with professionalism.
• Collaborate across technical groups to streamline workflows and deliver rapid, high-quality resolutions.
