Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Support Engineer to configure and support critical hardware/software for public safety customers. This remote US role requires on-call duties, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and be capable of maintaining CJIS-classified networks. Requires strong SQL Server/Windows Server experience and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience; passion for keeping public safety networks running.
Experience configuring and supporting MS SQL Server and Windows Server environments.
On-call rotation and night/weekend/holiday hours.

Responsibilities

Configure and support complex hardware and software in public safety environments.
Troubleshoot system-level software, networking, and third-party components.
Collaborate across teams to deliver rapid, high-quality resolutions.
