Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager (TSM) to manage and grow our customer relationships post-sale, owning technical success and strategy across accounts.

You will collaborate with sales to uncover revenue opportunities and align technical direction with customer business goals. You will travel as needed to support customers, drive adoption, and ensure successful implementation of New Relic solutions across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre or post sales experience within the software industry.
• 3+ years of demonstrated pre or post sales experience working with enterprise customers.
• Strong technical background and sales/customer orientation.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own customer adoption, onboarding, and continued success at your customer base.
• Forecast customer consumption and document opportunities and successes.
• Lead all aspects of the adoption, optimization, and integration of New Relic within your customers.
• Be a partner with Sales to identify revenue opportunities through the upsell of new services and contract renewals.
• Be your customer’s voice with product and engineering.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the customer’s business and how they use technology to grow.
• This is a field-based role you will need to enjoy some travel, extensive travel opportunities for those that want to.
