The candidate will drive end-to-end delivery, cost modeling, and customer relationships, while traveling up to 50% to engage with clients and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated technology skills coupled with business-commercial acumen.
• Strong market connections including up to CxO level.
• Ability to lead and create large complex deals, through proactive leadership.
• Deep understanding of technology and business trends, including infrastructure, public and private cloud offerings, applications, automation, and AI.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and evaluate responses to requests for proposals to match buyer needs.
• Research markets, industries, customers, and competitors for strategic advantage.
• Identify customer business challenges and craft value-focused solutions.
• Lay groundwork to acquire and support customers prior to closing the sale.
• Create overall design for solutions including architecture and implementation.
• Apply sound business practices to resolve critical issues and drive progress.
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure delivery of products that meet requirements.
• Lead development of cost models and update related documentation.
• Coordinate with service offering teams on cost drivers and labor.
• Support contract negotiations up to signature and hand-over.
