• 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Expertise with IT governance, management and operating models and IT financing models.
• Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• In-depth understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent customer and presentation skills.
