Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a senior, customer-facing role responsible for developing complex integrated solutions across public and private cloud, applications, data & AI, infrastructure, and consulting services. You will own end-to-end customer engagement, including risk, cost, and deliverability for large engagements, often involving CTO/CIO level discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated technology skills with business-commercial acumen.
• Strong market connections including up to CxO level.
• Ability to lead and create large complex deals, through proactive leadership.
• Deep understanding of technology and business trends, including infrastructure, cloud offerings, applications, automation, and AI.
• Ability to work internally with stakeholders and externally with client ecosystem to close large, complex deals (> $10Mn TCV).
• Exceptionally strong communication to articulate solutions and differentiation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, developing, and evaluating responses to proposals to match buyer needs.
• Researching sales markets, industries, customers, and competitors.
• Identify customers’ business challenges and design value-focused solutions.
• Lay groundwork to acquire and support customers before closing the sale.
• Create overall design for a solution, including project direction and implementation.
• Use business knowledge to resolve issues and steer progress.
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.
• Lead development of costing methodologies and global cost models.
• Coordinate with service offering teams on definitions, cost drivers, and labor factors.
• Support contract negotiations through to signature and hand-over.
