Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT service management, sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Deep understanding of IT governance, operating models, and financing models.
• Ability to design technical solutions based on customer requirements and provide scalable outcomes.
• Knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team and preparing materials.
• Lead cost models for deals and guide them to profitability through signature.
• Compile engagement documents and manage the hand-over to delivery teams.
