Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management, sourcing, or IT strategy.
• Deep knowledge of IT governance and operating models.
• Ability to design technical solutions from customer requirements including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective and scalable solutions.
• Understanding of infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Excellent customer and presentation skills.
