Job summary

Kyndryl, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive leader to guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex, enterprise-scale engagements. You will work with CXO leaders to craft strategic change agendas that align business goals with modern IT, AI, cybersecurity and hybrid cloud strategies.

You will own pre-deal strategy and post-deal delivery, drive revenue growth, ensure measurable outcomes, and cultivate long-term client relationships across Fortune 500 accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing C-suite relationships and large digital transformations.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on complex technology engagements.
• Strong financial acumen with revenue generation, fee negotiation, and margin management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, IT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagement with CXO executives across Fortune 500 accounts.
• Guide delivery teams through enterprise resiliency, incident response, cybersecurity and AI-enabled infrastructure projects.
• Drive profitable growth by achieving revenue targets and expanding account backlog.
