Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a senior leader to own end-to-end customer engagements for complex cloud, data & AI, and infrastructure solutions. You will manage relationships with solution decision makers and lead large-scale deals, including CTO/CIO level discussions.

The role emphasizes RFP leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, and consulting. Expect significant travel and direct customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of demonstrated technology skills coupled with business-commercial acumen.
• Strong market connections including up to CxO level.
• Ability to lead and create large complex deals, through proactive leadership.
• Deep understanding of technology and business trends across cloud, AI, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and evaluate responses to RFPs matching buyer needs.
• Research markets, industries, customers, and competitors to refine value propositions.
• Identify customers’ business challenges and craft solutions focused on value.
• Lay groundwork to acquire and support customers prior to closing.
• Create overall designs for solutions including architecture and go-to-market strategy.
• Monitor customer interactions and ensure delivery meets requirements.
• Develop and update cost models and cost documentation.
• Coordinate with service offering teams on cost drivers and labor factors.
• Support contract negotiations up to signature and hand-over.
