Job summary

DigiCert seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Northeast US region, offering remote work within the United States. You will combine deep technical acumen with sales skills to qualify, design, and close opportunities across a defined portfolio, delivering end-to-end value.

Expect 20-25% travel as part of client engagements. Key duties include running product demos, PoCs, RFP support, and collaborating with Account Executives and Product teams to tailor solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent and applicable experience
• Knowledge of IT and security networking concepts
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles, PKI concepts
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and Kubernetes
• Experience with ServiceNow, GitHub, REST API integrations
• Scripting and automation with Bash/PowerShell/Python
• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation tools Terraform/Ansible/Puppet/Chef

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations
• Translate requirements into technical solutions
• Assist scoping customer environments and recommend products/services
• Create architecture diagrams and integration guides
• Deliver technical presentations showing business value
• Design customized technical solutions including API usage
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility
• Produce PoC plans and proposals
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation
