Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to combine technical depth with sales acumen across a defined portfolio of customer and partner accounts. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and Account Managers to deliver business value, conduct demos and PoCs, and tailor solutions throughout the sales cycle.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding on architecture, product configuration, and API integrations while working with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson, or equivalent in product management, engineering, or IT/IS software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points.
• Lead or participate in product demonstrations and PoCs to show value.
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions and configurations.
• Assist with scoping customer environments to recommend best-fit products or services.
• Create technical documents, architecture diagrams, and integration guides for engagements.
• Deliver presentations that communicate business value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and address edge cases.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation.
