Job summary

DigiCert is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a remote role in the United States. You will blend technical depth with sales acumen to qualify and close opportunities within a defined portfolio, collaborating with customers, partners, and account teams to deliver business value through demos, PoCs, and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include discovery calls, technical presentations, architecture diagrams, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to validate feasibility and elevate

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as an SE or technical salesperson or equivalent
• Knowledge of PKI/digital certificate concepts
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and container tech (Kubernetes)
• Experience with REST API integrations and DevOps tooling
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points
• Lead product demonstrations and PoCs to showcase solutions
• Translate customer needs into actionable technical configurations and proposals
• Produce architecture diagrams and technical proposals for customer engagements
• Support RFP/RFI responses and bid documentation
