Job summary

Datadog’s Technical Solutions Enablement team empowers post-sales groups with the skills and tools to deliver great customer outcomes. As a Senior TS Enablement Program Associate, you’ll partner with a PM to track engagement, measure adoption, and communicate change across a global TS organization.

You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Strategy Operations, Product, and TS teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in program management or enablement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in project/program management or enablement operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present clearly.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools and collaboration apps.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key enablement program workstreams and measure adoption.
• Build relationships with StratOps, Product, and TS teams to coordinate deliverables.
• Use data to spot trends and inform decisions, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain program plans and timelines for cross-functional priorities.
• Conduct interviews and needs assessments to understand regional needs.
