Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to design and execute complex enablement programs for the global post-sales organization, including Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering.

You will translate business priorities into scalable roadmaps, build executive-ready materials, and lead cross-functional initiatives with significant autonomy. The role requires strong data analytics, stakeholder management, and change leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years in enablement, program management, or related field.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-quarter programs with high visibility.
• Data-driven with ability to connect enablement programs to KPIs and business outcomes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior audiences.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for global enablement programs across regions and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and People Team.
• Translate business goals into multi-quarter program roadmaps and present progress to leadership.
• Design metrics frameworks; analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs.
• Create executive-ready materials with clear recommendations and narratives.
• Spearhead needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to inform strategy.
• Develop tools, resources, and training aligned with TS workflows and content delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering leadership to tailor ramp and enablement programs.
