Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Senior Enablement Program Manager for Technical Solutions in New York, NY. You will own end-to-end enablement programs across global TS regions, working with Sales Engineering, StratOps, Product, and People teams to drive adoption and measurable impact.

You will design metrics, manage cross-functional roadmaps, and deliver executive-ready narratives that align business goals with enablement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of related experience in enablement, program management, change management, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs across regions and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and People Team.
• Translate business goals and OKRs into multi-quarter program roadmaps; communicate priorities and progress to leadership.
• Design and implement metrics frameworks; analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs and iteratively improve programs.
• Build executive-ready materials that translate data and regional insights into actionable narratives for leadership.
• Synthesize stakeholder feedback to inform program strategy and surface gaps across TS regions.
