Job summary

Datadog invites a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to shape and drive high‑impact enablement initiatives for the global post‑sales organization. You will own multi‑region roadmaps, partner with StratOps, Product, and People teams, and translate business goals into measurable programs.

You will build robust metrics, present to executives, and mentor junior team members, leveraging AI workflows to increase efficiency and impact across the Datadog platform and observability ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in enablement, program management, or similar field (or Master’s with 4+ years).
• Proven track record leading complex, high-visibility programs with multi-quarter horizons.
• Strong senior stakeholder relationship skills across functions; influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs across regions.
• Lead cross-functional relationships with StratOps, Product, TS Leadership, and People teams.
• Map business goals to multi-quarter roadmaps and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Design metrics frameworks; analyze Salesforce and LMS data to track KPIs.
• Create executive-ready materials with compelling business narratives and insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and synthesize feedback to guide strategy.
• Design tools, resources, and training to scale TS workflow changes.
• Partner with leadership to tailor ramp and enablement programs for specialists vs generalists.
• Mentor junior EPM ICs and raise program delivery quality.
