Job summary

Datadog—a leading observability platform—seeks a Senior Enablement Program Associate for its Technical Solutions Enablement team in New York. You’ll drive engagement tracking, adoption metrics, and stakeholder communications while partnering with Program Managers on live initiatives.

You’ll work across StratOps, Product, and TS to tailor enablement plans, build data-driven narratives, and maintain program timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in project/program management or enablement operations.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, professional messaging.
• Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (Tableau, MetaBase, Google Suite).
• Familiar with collaboration/workflow tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack).
• Self‑starter with ownership mindset and drive for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key workstreams inside global enablement programs—engagement tracking and adoption measurement.
• Coordinate deliverables with StratOps, Product, and TS teams to align scope and needs.
• Use program data to spot trends, gaps, and justify decisions with evidence.
• Build updates and presentations translating data into clear stakeholder stories.
• Maintain program plans and timelines; surface priorities and trade-offs to the team.
• Conduct interviews and needs assessments to understand regional and functional needs.
