Datadog is seeking a Senior TS Enablement Program Manager to design and execute complex, high‑visibility enablement programs for the global post‑sales organization. You’ll own end‑to‑end strategy, partner with leadership, and translate priorities into scalable roadmaps that drive measurable impact.

You will lead executive‑level communications, build metrics and dashboards, and mentor junior teammates while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and improve adoption across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years of related experience in enablement, program management, change management, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi‑quarter programs with high visibility.
• Expert at building and managing senior stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Deeply data‑driven—you design measurement frameworks and build Salesforce and LMS reports.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior and executive audiences.
• PROSCI/ADKAR certification (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution for complex, global enablement programs.
• Lead cross‑functional stakeholder relationships with senior partners across various teams.
• Translate business goals into multi‑quarter program roadmaps; communicate priorities clearly.
• Design and implement metrics frameworks to measure change adoption and program effectiveness.
• Build executive‑ready materials that tell a compelling business story.
• Mentor and develop junior EPM ICs on the team.
• Identify and implement AI‑powered workflows to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
