Datadog is seeking a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our Technical Solutions organization. You will lead and support a variety of cross-functional programs that help customer-facing teams work more effectively, partnering with team leads and stakeholders to plan, deliver, and improve processes.

This hybrid role emphasizes data-driven decision making, clear communication, and the thoughtful use of AI tools to streamline workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment.
• Experience supporting customer-facing or technical support functions is a plus.
• PMP, Agile training, or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of cross-team programs that support one or more Technical Solutions teams—coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines to keep work on track from kickoff through delivery.
• Partner with team leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program goals into clear, actionable plans, and document scope, timeline, and quality expectations along the way.
• Establish and maintain program management fundamentals—project trackers, status updates, risk logs—so stakeholders always have visibility into progress and blockers.
• Identify unclear or incomplete requirements early and bring structure to ambiguous problems, escalating only when needed to keep execution on track.
• Use data to track progress against milestones, surface risks, and guide decisions; adjust plans as circumstances change.
• Apply AI tools to streamline your own program management workflows—and help identify where AI can improve processes for the teams you support.
• Communicate program status, risks, and impact clearly to stakeholders at different levels, adapting your message for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Look for opportunities to improve how programs and processes run, and contribute ideas that make execution more efficient over time.
