Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Lead Technical Services Representative to deliver advanced technical support for architects, contractors, distributors and engineers. You will advise on material selection, installation methods and supporting information, and train junior staff.

Key duties include coordinating field tech support, handling escalations, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing and QA to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 4+ years of experience in Technical Services or similar roles.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, distributors, specifiers and engineers to assist with material selection and installation methods.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints, place product orders or check requests as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits and customer escalations with field reps.
• Update complaints in Salesforce and ensure accurate documentation.
