LATICRETE International is looking for a Lead Technical Services Representative to provide advanced technical support to both internal and external customers via phone, chat, and email. Key responsibilities include assisting with material selection and installation methods, training lower-level representatives, and investigating customer complaints.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 6 years in the construction industry and previous experience in technical services. Strong knowledge of construction methods and LATICRETE products is required. This role offers the chance to impact customer satisfaction significantly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Technical Services or a comparable industry.
• Demonstrated success solving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints diplomatically.
• Train Technical Services Representatives and assist with workload balance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines and construction practices

Leadership skills

Fluency in second language
