Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 yrs. experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to various stakeholders to assist with material selection and installation methods.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints using Salesforce within authorized limits.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits and training with sales and field reps.
• Lead and mentor Technical Services Representatives and support workload balancing.
