Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Lead Technical Services Representative to deliver advanced technical services to architects, contractors, and distributors. You will guide installation methods, material selection, and project support while coordinating with the Technical Service Managers to balance workload and drive improvements.

You will train Technical Service Representatives, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure processes align with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years in technical services or similar field.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services to customers via calls, chats, and emails.
• Train and support Technical Service Representatives and coordinate with sales.
• Lead internal process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
