LATICRETE International is seeking a Lead Technical Services Representative to provide advanced technical services to clients and train team members. This role requires strong expertise in the construction industry and effective communication skills.

You will address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring proper material selection and installation methods. With a focus on continuous improvement, this position will also involve interacting cross-functionally with management and other departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and LATICRETE product lines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers through various communication methods.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Train Technical Services Representatives and manage workload balancing.
