LATICRETE International is seeking a Lead Technical Services Representative to provide advanced technical support to internal and external customers. This role involves assisting with material selection and installation methods, along with training Technical Service Representatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in the construction industry and strong knowledge of LATICRETE products. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer relations effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers through various communication channels.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints professionally.
• Assist in training Technical Services Representatives.
