Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers and assist with inquiries.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints professionally.
• Assist in training Technical Services Representatives.
