Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years in construction industry.
• 4+ years in Technical Services or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services to architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Handle customer escalations and case management in Salesforce.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and coordinate with managers.
• Assist with workload balancing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support ISO quality system reviews and audits.
